Applies to both Center and Sideline referees:

U8  =   $12

U10 =  $14

U12 =  $16

U14 =  $20

U19 =  $25 sideline / $30 center

 

Select Soccer (Division III)

U10 =  $20 sideline / $25 center

U12 =  $20 sideline / $25 center

U14 =  $20 sideline / $25 center

U16 =  $25 sideline / $30 center

U19 =  $30 sideline / $35 center

If you do not renew your license every year, you will have to take the test
again.  Renewals are now $40 and must be submitted by June 30th, either online
or by US Mail.

Follow these instructions to renew your license online by credit card:

Follow these instructions to fill out the form online, then print out and
send that to CRNA accompanied by a personal check or money order:

Alternatively, if you were sent a renewal notice, just send that with the
$40 fee to the CRNA.  When you receive your new badge then leave a photocopy
of your license in the Referee Coordinator's box in the Herbert Green Shed.
