TRYOUTS ARE ON, RAIN OR SHINE

 

Tryout Location: Herbert Green Middle School (3781 Forni Rd. Placerville)

• Tryout Procedure: To be eligible for a Select (class 3) team, each player must comply with the following:

  • To be eligible to play for a club’s team, the player must attend a minimum of 1 tryout at that club.
  • Players must wear safe, appropriate attire, and equipment.  Do not wear Select/Competitive uniforms.
  • Players must bring a ball of the correct size, plus drinking water. 
  • Players should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the advertised start time to check in.
   
• All players must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign the necessary consent and medical authorization, as required by CYSA North.

Placerville Select Teams Tryout Schedule:

U15 & U16 Girls
	Sunday May 2  **	4:30pm - 5:30pm
U13-U14 Girls
U16 Boys	no team
U17-U19 Boys

** This is an extra tryout to fill out a few remaining openings.

Age Matrix:  Use the Age-Group Calculator to determine your player's correct level of play.

Registration:

If you are chosen for a select team, you will be required to go to a team registration meeting a week or so after tryouts, where we will collect your registration.  Your coach will advise the details.

 

If you are not chosen for a Select team you should attend one of the registration events for your club so you may get onto a Recreational soccer team in your area.  Sierra Gold patrons should see our Registration page for more information.
